Members who wish to attend the open session should contact the Board so that their attendance can be officially recorded. Agenda items should be submitted to the board no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting time. Agenda items submitted after that time are not guaranteed to be included on the agenda.The location of the board meeting is in the process of being finalized.
