DESCRIPTION:Home » Races\n\n\n\n\nCelebrate the Fourth of July holiday with DC Road Runners. Join us for our annual Age-Graded 4-Miler.This event features staggered start times for each runner based on age and gender. These start times make use of specialized handicap tables that are based on national age group records.The goal is still to get to the finish line first\, but if things go according to plan\, the staggered start times will heighten the competition at the end. With a staggered age-graded start\, runners should finish in a large pack. \n\n\n\nPrizes and Awards\n\n\n\nAll runners should bring a small random prize to the event. The more random\, the better.
