DESCRIPTION:Home » Events\n\n\n\n\nCelebrate the Fourth of July holiday with DC Road Runners. Join us for our annual Age-Graded 4-Miler.This event features staggered start times for each runner based on age and gender. These start times make use of specialized handicap tables that are based on national age group records.The goal is still to get to the finish line first\, but if things go according to plan\, the staggered start times will heighten the competition at the end. With a staggered age-graded start\, runners should finish in a large pack. \n\n\n\nPrizes and Awards\n\n\n\nAll runners should bring a small random prize to the event. The more random\, the better. SUMMARY:2026 Fall Training Programs
DESCRIPTION:Home » Events\n\n\n\n\nDC Road Runners will be offering training programs for fall 2026 races at the 10-mile\, half marathon\, and full marathon distances. All training programs formally begin on Saturday\, July 11\, 2026 in conjunction with the club’s regular Saturday long run.We will be offering beginner and experienced tiers for the 10-mile and half marathon programs. The marathon program will offer beginner\, intermediate\, and advanced tiers of training.The 10-mile and half marathon programs cost $75.00 (plus processing fees)\, and the marathon programs cost $85.00 (plus processing fees).Current club members will receive $35 off registration. Nonmembers will receive a coupon code to use to join DC Road Runners. The cost of membership is included in the registration fee.
