Thank you for your interest in volunteering for this race! The Age-Handicapped 4-Miler race is not possible without the help of volunteers – your time and energy are greatly appreciated. The race will start at 8:00 am at the Carderock Recreation Area, Maryland. 1. Capital Beltway (I-495), Exit 41 (Clara Barton Parkway).
2. Follow signs that Maryland and/or Carderock/Glen Echo.
3. Drive about a mile and exit right at the Carderock sign.
4. Follow additional signs to the parking lots. "Race Headquarters" is located at the first parking area after you go through the culvert and then turn right.
