How far can you run in one hour? Put yourself to the test to find out.

Join DC Road Runners for the One Hour Track Run, a race that is exactly what is on the tin: one hour, on a track, with as much running as you can do during that time. How far can you go? It all depends on you!

Prizes will be offered to runners who log ten miles or more in one hour.

Note: this event is not part of the 2026 Bunion Derby Series. However, you can earn out-of-series credit for volunteering at the One Hour Track Run.

$10.00 Free for DCRR Members, $10.00 plus processing fees for non-members
