Board of Directors
The DC Road Runners Board of Directors is nominated and elected in accordance with the club’s bylaws. Elections occur on an annual basis, in or before February of each year. Each member brings a wealth of running and club experience to the operation of the board.
Board Meeting Schedule
The Board of Directors meets as a full group every two months. Meeting dates and times are posted on the club’s event calendar.
The first portion of each board meeting is an open session where club members can bring business to the board for consideration.
If you wish to attend an open session, please contact the board, indicating that your inquiry is for the “board open session,” before the next scheduled meeting. It is important to contact the board formally so that your agenda items can be properly scheduled for discussion.
