Volunteer Coordinator—Ruby Len

Ruby has been a member of DC Road Runners for over a dozen years and serves as the club’s volunteer coordinator.

You will often see her at the Bunion Derby and Snowball series races, and occasionally at the DCRR Saturday Long Run.

Running Background

Ruby started running as a way to regain fitness after having her two daughters. She joined DC Road Runners when training for her first marathon in 2014.

Since then, she has completed 10 marathons, one 50K, and enjoys being a masters runner while still chasing PRs.

Extracurricular Activities

Ruby lives in Springfield and works as an attorney for the federal government. She also volunteers with HART, a local animal rescue organization.
