National Capital 20 Miler
October 3 @ 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
The National Capital 20 Miler is Washington, DC’s premier fall marathon tune-up race. Spanning a flat and fast out-and-back course on the C&O Towpath, this race affords runners an excellent opportunity for a final pace run, final long run, or simply, a great racing experience. This race is fully supported with aid stations and post-run food, and it is known for providing participants with quality, fashionable swag (the awards are pretty sweet, too).
The Janet Braunstein 5 Miler is named in honor of Janet, and it also provides runners with a flat and fast racing experience.
Both races require significant volunteer support, so if you are not planning to run, we ask that you consider volunteering.
