DC Road Runners provides contract race services to assist with the planning, management, and timing of running events.

Services We Offer
Race Timing
DC Road Runners owns and times races using the Chronotrack timing system.
Chronotrack is a trusted timing system that is used in many major races, including the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler, the TCS New York City Marathon, and the Marine Corps Marathon.
The system features:
- inexpensive, disposable timing chips
- fully redundant timing points
- simple, hassle-free tag distribution at packet pickup
- real-time results
- announcer line capabilities
Event Management
DC Road Runners can assist you with the full spectrum of race planning and management services, including:
- race logistics planning—t-shirt production, ordering porta-johns, nutrition needs, and other race materials production
- venue and race Course selection
- course certification and race day setup
- Start/Finish line production
- photography
- expo and race day staffing
- race promotion
- volunteer coordination

- sponsor recruitment
Registration and Website Design
DC Road Runners is a RunSignup partner and a certified RunSignup timer. With the use of RunSignup’s event management platform, DC Road Runners can offer assistance with the following event services:
