This week's run is the Army Navy Pentagon route, at about 12 miles. Run 12 good miles for 12 good months in 2010!

Also, please let me know which routes you'd like to run in upcoming weeks. Anyone can request a route, but I'd especially encourage you to do so if you are training for a spring marathon and need to run a certain distance for your weekly long run-- then you can have all of the group running what works best for your own training schedule!
