Hello Saturday Runners!
We haven't tackled north Arlington hills in a while, and what better way to start a new year, bright and early at 8am, than to run up a giant hill (and then back downhill toward a well-deserved brunch or nap)?
We'll do the Upton Hill route, which is around 12 miles as written, but easy to cut or extend by turning around early or replacing Key with Memorial or 14th street for bridges.
There may be people joining us from the National Marathon training program, who are running the same route on Friday from Georgetown Running Co., in case you'd prefer to see about joining them and slumber guilt-free on Saturday morning. Otherwise, see the rest of you Saturday!
