Hello Saturday Runners!
This week the route is the big 22 mile Capital Crescent / Rock Creek loop. A lot of folks training for National were planning on this kind of mileage, and our training group across the river will be doing the same, so there may be some friendly faces along the way!
If you, like me, are not up for 22 just now, you can pick your favorite side of trail and make it an out and back, or find a different spot to cut across. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you, and we'll see you tomorrow!
Also, thanks to those who stepped up to fill some of our future beverage needs. Thanks to Chris Miller for taking on one more week of post-run beverages, and to Colleen Marzec for rounding out the month of March for us. Please thank them if you see them!
