Hello Saturday Runners!
This week our MCM training has us with 20 miles, which we're covering with W & OD Out-n-Back . It's pretty straightforward as it is an out and back, but I will have a limited number of cue sheets there. If you are really sure you want one, it is always safest to print your own-- I will be bringing a few less because of the course's simplicity and because many people are entering their marathon COMPLETED! or tapering phases and will be abbreviating the course. If you are running the full course, you will see Janet Townshend at the turnaround-- please thank her for coming through and providing beverages not once, but TWICE for us in 20-mile weekends this year, and in years past as well. Also thank Janet Braunstein for bringing our post-run beverages this month! Thanks, Janets!!!
By the way, Congrats to those who have completed their fall marathon, and best of luck to those running Chicago, Steamtown, and any other marathon this week!
