Hello Saturday Runners!
This week's route with be an out and back on the Capital Crescent trail. Check the cue sheet for mileage cut offs and water stops. I put down 12 miles but feel free to do much or as little as you like - out and backs are good for that :)
I will on vacation and attending to personal matters the next few weeks but will have some [great] SLR subs in the meantime. This Saturday Emily Chesnes will get things started. We continue to meet at the park across from Iwo Jima as well, at 1300 Arlington Blvd.
This Saturday we will not have post-run beverages. We still do not have a volunteer for May and especially now that its heating up outside we could really use some people to help out. Please remember that the post-run drinks are member supported. Its really not a lot of work and DCRRC reimburses you - email SLR@dcroadrunners.org if you can help out.
