This Sat, May 10th, we will be running the Glover to Rock Creek via Tilden route, listed at 14 miles.
New routes have been posted through the end of June. We will be sticking with the 11-16 mile range for now, before we start focusing back on Marathon training and add in a few extra long runs.

And don't forget, we will be starting up mid-run beverages in June for those hot summer days, so please start figuring out which Saturday you can volunteer!
