Hi Runners,
The planned distance this weekend is 10 miles on the Chain Bridge Loop! I love the Capital Crescent trail, so this is one of my favorite routes! If you are interested in running it as planned, here are the cue sheet and gps links.
The original date of many marathons is fast approaching, including virtual MCM next week! Have you signed up for a virtual race or are you focusing on other things? I would love to hear about it, share it with the Facebook Group!
