Hi Runners,
It is going to be another hot, but less humid Saturday. Please plan hydration as we do not have a mid run drinks volunteer so please plan to run with any water you may need. Thank you Yared for bringing post run drinks again!
The route this week is the 12 mile Upton Hill. The cue sheet and GPS links are here. It is an out and back, but if you would like to add on, it is easy to go out and back on the Four Mile Run trail just after mile 5.
