I will be out of town this weekend, but Coach Big Guy will be there to kick you off! Thank you Binyam for bringing post run drinks this week!
The route this week is the 12 mile Pentagon-Army route. The cue sheet and GPS links are here. There will be mid-run drinks (thank you Gary and Donna!). They will be located at mile 6 where the Four Mile Run Trail ends at Mt. Vernon Trail.
We are always looking for mid run drink volunteers. We are also looking for volunteers to help with water stations at the Cherry Blossom 10 miler and MCM, see the front page of our website for details.
The next club race is the Paul Thurston 4.5 Miler on August 17th.
