Hello Saturday runners!
Tomorrow's route will be the first 20 miler for those in the MTP training for Marine Corps. The route is the C&O Canal, so you don't have to do 20 miles unless you have a good reason for it. Mile markers match the distances from Iwo Jima, so find the one for half the mileage you want and then come on back!
Midpoint beverages will be out at Lock 7, and thank Dara for bringing them out there for us! Mary Ellen Seale has our post-run beverages, so thank her too!
