Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to let you know that this Saturday's route is out-n-back on the C&O Canal.
This is the first week of our Marathon Training Program so be sure to give a warm welcome to our participants :)
We have set the distance for this week at 10 miles (so, five miles out and five miles back)--as always, folks are welcome to run longer or shorter....all you have to do is turn around when you've gone 1/2 as far as you want to go in total.
Matthew Chesnes will be providing the mid-point beverage stop and will be set-up at Fletcher's Boathouse and Nikki will be providing the post-run beverages! Many thanks in advance to them for keeping us hydrated.
Additionally, I will not be at SLR again! But Kristin Dahling will get the group started.
Remember it is a 7AM start....and have a great run!
