This week's route is the 14-ish mile Glover Rock Creek loop - Tilden. Feel free to follow the link and create a cue sheet in your preferred format, or take whatever's available on Saturday.
Next week is our last regular 8AM start, and our last non-Marathon Training Program SLR until fall marathon season ends. If there is a route you'd like us to run before we get into the swing of training, now is your chance to request it!
We still need a post-run beverage volunteer for June, and we need mid-point beverage volunteers for every run throughout the summer. Please let me know if you can help, and please thank Rick for bringing us post-run refreshment through the month of May!
