Hello Saturday runners!
For those not making the trip to Carderock for the Gar Williams half, this week's route is the Pentagon Army Navy route. It's a nice loop around south Arlington, and is easily modified for the various goals everyone has in their winter training.
Also, next week a new training program for people interested in training for Boston will begin, and they'll be joining us at SLR for their own Saturday long runs.
