Canceled: DCRRC Larry Noel 15K Race and 3K Fun Run

We've decided not to hold our Labor Day weekend race and fun run in 2023.

Race participation has declined steadily over the years; in 2022 only 39 people ran the 15K and 19 ran or walked the 3K.

We can re-consider for 2024 if there's a sufficient expression of interest.
