The Club will conduct its Annual Meeting on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Maggiano's Little Italy, 5333 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington DC, beginning at 6:30pm, to receive a report on the state of the Club, elect a new Board of Directors, and conduct other such business as may be necessary and proper.
The President appointed a Nominating Committee to identify candidates for each elected Board position. Requests for nominations (including self-nominations) were posted on the website and were included in the January and February 2023 monthly membership emails. Based on inputs received, the following is the slate for the Board of Directors for the term May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024:

In accordance with Article VI, Section 5 of the Club's Bylaws, additional nominating petitions may be submitted until ten days before the Annual Meeting (i.e., until February 23). Nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
A quorum of fifty members is required at the Annual Meeting to conduct business ... so come and join us for dinner and guest speaker Jacqueline Hansen!
